How to Look Sexy with Scoop Neck Shirts

The term scoop neck refers to a specific type of neckline that an item of clothing may have, for example, on a dress or a t-shirt.

Scoop Neck
An item of clothing that has a scoop-style neck has a rounded neckline that dips down to reveal some portion of the upper chest. While a standard top has the neckline ending right at the base of the neck, a scoop neck top has a neckline that ends below that point.

While the depth of the scoop neck can vary, the general shape of it is usually one or two ways. The first is a semi-circle; the other is a U-shaped neckline. The two styles are relatively similar and are seen on everything from t-shirts to evening gowns. This type of neckline may be found on both men's and women's clothing.
When choosing a scoop neck top, it is important to consider the occasions for which it may be worn. Although it is acceptable in almost any job, working in a conservative environment could require a higher neckline. For hotter temperatures, a lower neckline may be better as it could feel less restricting.

For women, wearing a scoop neck top also requires an appropriate bra to go underneath. For a neckline that is high to medium, an everyday bra more often than not will be acceptable. For a lower or a U-shaped top, a scoop or plunge bra may work better so there is no chance of the bra being seen.

Choosing a necklace to wear with the scoop neck can be a bit challenging. When choosing a necklace, the base of the chain or the pendant should not fall right on the neckline. The chain or the pendant can fall on the shirt itself; however, depending on the style of necklace, it may look better falling above the neckline.

Considering some shirts have a tendency to not stay in one place, when putting on the necklace, test where it will fall on the neckline by pulling the neckline up and down as far as it can go, then let it fall into place.

A scoop neck top can be a comfortable option for those that do not want to wear a neckline too high. With the several variations of the depth, there are plenty of choices for those that are not comfortable wearing, or simply cannot wear, a lower neckline. No matter what the preference, there are options and styles that almost everyone can be happy with.

How to Choose the Best Satin Slip?

A slip is typically worn under a dress or skirt and is made of a material that is either quite thin, or which provides some transparency in certain light.
Satin Slip

In order to choose the best satin slip, it is essential first to determine what length of slip is best. Next, customers should decide whether they want a full or half slip. Shopping around when it comes to purchasing a satin slip is also important, especially for those who wish to save some money. Depending on the particular store, slips can vary quite dramatically in price.

When it comes to choosing the best satin slip, one of the most important considerations involves the length of the slip. Finding a slip that is of a similar length to the piece of clothing under which it will be worn is essential in order to provide the best results. In most cases, wearing the dress or skirt under which the slip will be worn when trying on different options is the best way to determine appropriate length. Choosing a sating slip that is too long will mean that it is visible below the hem of the dress or skirt, and choosing one that is too short means that full coverage will not be provided.

It is also important to consider if a full or only half slip is best. Typically, a full slip is best when it is worn under a dress or other outfit that is of the same material, and which requires full coverage. In contrast, a half slip may be necessary in cases where a skirt does not provide full coverage, but a jacket or other top is worn that does not necessitate a full slip. Customers should consider the outfit for which they are purchasing a slip carefully before making a final purchase.

When shopping for a satin slip, it is also important to consider cost. In some cases, satin slips can be quite costly, in others, they are relatively inexpensive. Generally, full slips are more expensive that half slips due to the increased amount of material and labor. In addition, the cost of a satin slip can vary greatly from one store to the next, depending simply on the reputation of the store. Those who are trying to save a little money should shop around in order to find the best deal when it comes to purchasing a satin slip.

Best Shopping Tips for Running Underwear

Running underwear will be close-fitting and breathable.

Running Underwear
It is important to choose garments that do not have bulky or excessive seams that can cause discomfort during running, and the running underwear will need to be lightweight. One of the primary goals of such underwear is to keep the user dry and comfortable during all conditions, so synthetic materials are often used to make the underwear; this material is breathable, lightweight, and durable. Be sure to do a bit of research to find out common prices for such running underwear so you know what to expect when you go shopping.

Moisture-wicking running underwear will help keep moisture from building up on the skin.

The sweat and moisture on the skin will be pulled away through the fabric, allowing the skin to stay cool and dry. In colder weather, this breathable type of running underwear will help the body retain heat as well. Choose breathable underwear that is lightweight and comfortable. The materials used for such underwear may include Lycra®, polypropylene, or certain types of polyester. The prices will vary according to the materials and design, so be sure to do some research to find out which material will work best for you.

Seams can be problematic on running underwear, though they are in most cases necessary to provide a tight fit. Be sure the seams are not in places that will lead to chafing during running. The seams should be strong, but if they are overbuilt, they can end up irritating the skin during repetitive movements. Inspect the running underwear to find out where the seams will end up being positioned on your body and try to make a determination as to whether they will end up irritating your skin. Pay attention to the waistband as well, as this is a common source of irritation. The band should be tight-fitting, but the materials should be soft enough that skin irritation will not occur.

Air should be able to reach the body through the running underwear to help keep the skin cool and dry. Thin materials such as Lycra®, spandex, and polyester can allow this to happen. Air flow will help prevent sweat build-up that can otherwise lead to irritation. Lighter weight garments will have less of a tendency to bunch up during repetitive movements as well, meaning the runner will remain cool, dry, and comfortable throughout the period of running.

Beautiful Sexy Polypropylene Underwear Styles

Polypropylene underwear is a type of base layer of clothing.

Polypropylene Underwear
Polypropylene underwear is the closest layer of clothing to the skin, and it is intended to wick moisture away from the skin to keep the body dry and comfortable, especially during athletic activities. Polypropylene underwear is commonly used by athletes who participate in cold weather sports; this is because the athlete needs moisture wicked away from the skin to keep it warm and dry during inclement weather. It can be used during warm weather activities as well, and polypropylene — or polypro — is usually lightweight enough for a variety of athletic activities.

One of the biggest advantages of polypropylene underwear is its ability to transfer moisture easily and quickly.

When sweat sits on the surface of the skin, the body's temperature can become more difficult to regulate, and chafing may occur when skin comes in contact with other skin or with fabrics such as shirts and pants. Polypropylene underwear prevents the sweat from staying on the surface of the skin, thereby keeping the skin dry and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The less sweat present on the skin means less potential for chafing or other types of discomfort. Polypro is also quick-drying, so athletes using the polypro for long periods of time will remain comfortable longer.
Another distinct advantage of polypropylene underwearis its light weight and easy packability. Athletes prefer the light weight because it means the underwear will not interfere in any way with the normal functions of the limbs or the rest of the body, and it will be more comfortable. Backpackers and other recreational users will appreciate the light weight of the polypro should they have a need to pack or store it while carrying a backpack. During cold weather trips, several sets of polypro underwear can be packed with a minimal weight penalty.
One major disadvantage of polypropylene underwear is its ability to retain odors. As sweat seeps into the material, the body odors can become trapped there, even after frequent washing. Polypropylene underwear is especially prone to such odors, since some of the sweatiest parts of the body will come in contact with the underwear. For athletes, this is not too significant of a problem, but for people wearing the polypro underwear underneath work or casual clothing, the odor can be problematic. More recent versions of polyester clothing wick moisture almost as effectively as polypro without the odor issues coming into play.
